Your challenges

Efficient water treatment starts upstream. Without proper coagulation and flocculation, even the best separation technologies struggle to meet your discharge targets or reuse ambitions.

Fine particles that bypass separation

Physical treatment alone often can’t remove colloids, emulsions, or dissolved organics.

High chemical consumption

Unoptimized dosing systems result in overdosing, higher sludge volumes, and rising operating costs.

Variable wastewater composition

Seasonal or operational changes demand dosing systems that adapt instantly and reliably.

How our flocculation and coagulation solutions work

Our flocculation and dosing solutions are built to prepare your water for effective downstream separation — whether you use flotation, sedimentation, or filtration. We offer a wide portfolio of dosing units and smart technologies that bring precision, safety, and insight into your treatment process.

The result? Better water quality, lower chemical costs, and more stable operations.

Our solutions

Flocculator (PFR)

The PFR is a pipe flocculator designed to mix wastewater with dosing chemicals under controlled conditions. Its specialized geometry ensures optimal turbulence and contact time, creating strong, fast-settling flocs. It’s compact, efficient, and ideal for retrofits or space-limited installations.

Chemical dosing units (CDU)

These skid-mounted systems are built for safe and precise chemical dosing. Each unit comes preassembled with pumps, safety cabinet, and all required safety measures. Easy to install and easy to maintain.

Flocculant make-up units (NMA / NMM)

Whether you use liquid or powder flocculants, these units ensure optimal preparation and dosing concentration. They improve chemical efficiency and reduce sludge production, helping you get the most out of every gram.

Flocculation dosing units (FDU)

Our FDU range delivers accurate and reliable polymer dosing for small to large flows. Designed for long-term durability and consistent performance, even in demanding conditions.

Intelligent dosing control (i-DOSE)

i-DOSE adjusts chemical dosing in real time, based on the actual pollution load of your wastewater. By combining flow, and chemical sensors with smart logic, it helps you save on chemicals and avoid overdosing.

In-Line Coagulation and Adsorption (ILCA®)
ILCA® minimizes coagulation/flocculation footprint and simplifies pre-treatment upstream of a ceramic membrane (CeraMac®). For most surface waters, coagulated feed water lowers the fouling rate, but strong, large, setting flocs are not required for ceramic membrane microfiltration.

Purification agents (NPA)

Our NPA solutions (NSI Purification agents) are an effective tool to provide you with the right type of agents for coagulation and or flocculation of your treatment system. Based on our wide range of industrial expertise, we consult and support you with the right type of (bio) coagulants and flocculants, providing total peace of mind.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

What’s the benefit of using a pipe flocculator over a tank system?

A pipe flocculator, like the PFR, offers more compact installation, faster mixing, and lower energy use. It also reduces the risk of dead zones and ensures consistent floc formation.
